Chintan is a seasoned banking and financial services expert with over 15 years of experience across retail lending, fintech, and digital credit operations. His leadership at Cready stems from a solid foundation built at institutions like HDFC Bank, RBL, and Kotak, where he led strategic functions in unsecured loans, partnerships, and digital onboarding. Chintan's deep domain knowledge enables Cready to offer seamless, compliant, and scalable credit solutions tailored for the next billion users.
With a sharp focus on simplifying access to credit and improving customer lifecycle value, Chintan plays a pivotal role in shaping Cready's product direction, partner alliances, and risk-intelligent growth model.

From debating on movies, TV series and books to narrating his personal encounters, Himanshu is a storyteller. He has the leadership quality to create productive teams that draw the best from people. He effectively coaches the team in terms of collaboration and conflict resolution. He has the desire to continually learn and grow and is open to new strategies.

With a foundation built at ICFAI Hyderabad and deep experience in credit operations and product communications, she has been instrumental in evolving the brand from loan-switching to a full-fledged digital-first credit platform. Hemali understands the intersection of financial needs and real-life stories, which is central to Cready's mission of making credit personal, instant, and transparent.
